- Information you give us — when you complete a contact or enquiry form, request a free risk assessment, or email us, we collect your name, email address, telephone number, company name (if provided) and the content of your message.
- Information collected automatically — when you browse the site, our servers may log your IP address, browser type, pages visited and the date and time of your visit. We also use cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

- To arrange and carry out free environmental hygiene risk assessments;
- To provide quotes, fulfil orders and manage our relationship with you;
- To improve our website, services and customer experience;
